About Howard Cooper (creator of the PDS-Generator)
During 12 years of working for GE Healthcare and General Dynamics Defense Corporation, serving as Safety/Reliability Engineer and as Innovation Coach, Howard developed an Excel Work Book with 50 spreadsheets, each interlinked to allow product developers and systems integrators to quickly define their general problem or design constraint and get instant reference to the "improvement princiiple(s)" most likely to solve their specific problem (without entering or describing any proprietory intellectual property or classified information).
Using this 50 page Excel tool, Howard was able to help 28 different product/system development teams to quickly solve problems that they described as "unsolveable", going into the meeting. All 28 projects then passed all peer reviews and customer reviews. All 28 improved systems were then adopted by the US Army and put into production.
